Enabled users, after their credentials insertion, can select the "Download Patch" to download Patches, "Download Release" for modules updates and new complete release, "Documentation" for technical documentation and user manuals or "Case Management" to insert Support Requests or Problem notification.
Problems can be notified anytime (the Web Service is available 24 hours a day for 365 days a year), while their management by the Decisyon Support will be carried out on from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM EST.
